Sperian appoints new National Product Sales Manager for hand protection products

Sperian Protection UK has appointed Paul Tierney as its new National Product Sales Manager for its hand protection products. Paul joins Sperian from Marigold Industrial where he was Regional Sales Manager.
 
With an HND in Business and Finance, Paul started his career at Buck & Hickman in 1997 and initially worked in management accounts before becoming Area Sales Manager for the Birmingham branch.
 
In 2003, Paul joined Marigold Industrial where he was a Territory Manager for five years looking after the West Midlands and South Wales. Paul was then promoted to his most recent role as Regional Sales Manager, responsible for the Southern region of the UK.
 
Paul says of his appointment: “I’m looking forward to working for Sperian Protection which has some truly excellent product ranges and, in my opinion, real potential to become the world’s largest safety equipment provider. In my new role, I will be focusing on raising the profile of Sperian’s hand protection range and helping my new colleagues to make Sperian a market leader in innovative new hand protection products.”
 
Outside of office hours Paul is a big sports fan and enjoys football, golf, cricket, boxing, running and going to the gym.
